Note to our customers German law applies to this website. This translation of the Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen is not legally binding and is intended as a commodity service only; please refer to the German version of this page. The presentation of products on this website does not constitute a legally binding offer, only a non-binding catalogue. The contract of purchase becomes valid with our bill of sale or the delivery of the goods. Should you not receive a bill of sale or delivery two weeks after placing your order, you are no longer bound to the order you placed. Delivery Please refer to the product descriptions for the anticipated times of delivery. If there are no particulars in the product descriptions, shipment will take place within 3 working days from the time the order was placed. Our partner Daniel Kunert Dienstleistungen, Unterlüß, is responsible for delivery. Partial shipments We are entitled to make partial shipments, as far as this is reasonable for all parties. Additional shipment costs will only occur with your explicit consent. Property retention Until being fully paid for, all goods delivered remain our property. Prices and shipment costs All prices include VAT. Shipment costs are being determined by the conditions of Daniel Kunert Dienstleistungen, Unterlüß, and depend on the value of ordered goods. Currently, up to a total amount of 30 €, the shipment costs are 3,90 €. Delivery is free for orders exceeding this amount. For shipments to foreign countries, we will bill the actual cost of shipping regardless of the total amount ordered. Payment is due within 7 days. Power of revocation You may cancel the order within two weeks without giving reasons by text (e.g. letter, fax, or e-mail) or by sending back the goods. This does not apply if you ordered in the course of your commercial or independent business activities (orders by entrepreneurs, as specified in German law). The period of time begins with delivery and an explicit written instruction on your rights at the earliest. To be consistent with this period of time, it is sufficent to duly send the cancellation or goods. The cancellation is to be addressed to: Daniel Kunert Dienstleistungen You will have to bear the costs of the reshipment if the goods delivered do comply with those you ordered, and if the price of goods does not exceed an amount of 40 Euros, or if, the price being greater than 40 Euros, you did not adduce the consideration or a partial payment agreed to in the contract. Consequences of cancellation In the case of a legally effective revocation, each party shall return the received services; the compensation for capitalised use (if any) must be reimbursed/returned. If you cannot/only partly return the received services, or if they are in worse order, you may have to pay compensation for the loss of value. This does not apply if the decayment of the goods is only caused by their examination, like the one that would have been possible to you in a retail store, for example. You may avoid to have to pay compensation if you do not treat the goods as your property and refrain from doing anything that might affect their value. Goods which are transportable by packet are to be send back at our risk. You will have to bear the costs of the reshipment if the goods delivered do comply with those you ordered, and if the price of goods does not exceed an amount of 40 Euros, or if, the price being greater than 40 Euros, you did not adduce the consideration or a partial payment agreed to in the contract. The right to revocate is not valid for goods specially produced by your specifications or specifically suited to your personal needs. Guarantee Guarantee is being provided for according to legal regulations. |
